The sidekick I wished I’d had.
As a kid, I was a loner. I watched everyone else seem to know what people meant, and I wished I had a sidekick: a small robot friend, like the ones in the games I loved, who would stick with me and help me make sense of it all.
That robot never existed, so I grew up and learned to build things instead.
Emolyn is the sidekick I wished I’d had. It doesn’t tell you what someone meant. It shows you the possible readings, what you can’t know yet, and a calm way to reply in your own words. And it’s there to help you practise, then go and talk to the people who matter.
